1. After the blood vessel is selected for peripheral vein blood collection, the needle is punctured by the conventional scalp needle holding needle method. After the blood is returned, fix the needle with the infusion stick, fix the needle handle and the fixed connector with the left finger, and hold the vacuum test tube in the right hand, and pierce the end of the blood collection device Vacuum test tube [1]. Choose a blood collection tube before blood collection, and change the tube immediately after collection. The angle of blood sampling and needle insertion is selected according to the patient's fatness and thinness and blood vessel conditions.
2. Used for femoral vein blood collection Patients with hemorrhagic shock, general edema and other extremities difficult to collect blood from the veins of the limbs, the use of vacuum venous needles for femoral vein blood collection has a high success rate. After routinely disinfecting the skin, the operator holds the blood collection needle in the right hand and inserts the needle at 90° to the skin at the location of the femoral vein. After seeing the blood return, the needle is stopped, the right hand is fixed, the left hand is the vacuum blood collection tube, the needle is inserted into the test tube, and the blood automatically flows into the test tube. Withdraw the needle after reaching the required blood volume.
3. Use a vacuum blood sampling needle for serial infusion, flushing or pouring, connect two or more bottles of the same or no contraindications in series together for infusion or flushing, and use a blood sampling needle for blood sampling before infusion.
